Imaiditor is a digital learning platform where all courses are delivered in a 100% digital format. To ensure a smooth experience for our users, we offer refunds under certain specific conditions. Please carefully read the following refund and return policy before making any purchase.

Refund Policy

All our courses are delivered digitally. Once you enroll in a course, that course becomes accessible and consumable. Therefore, under normal circumstances, courses are non-refundable once purchased.

However, under certain valid situations, we may consider a refund request.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

1. If you accidentally enroll in the same course multiple times.

2. If you enroll in the same course using different accounts.

3. If you experience technical payment issues and can provide valid proof.

Refund Requests Will Be Rejected If:

1. You intentionally provide false or misleading information to claim a refund.

2. You apply for a refund more than 2 days after purchasing the course.

3. You complete the course and then apply for a refund.

4. You do not mention a clear and valid reason in the refund request email.

How to Apply for a Refund:

1. Send an email to support@imaiditor.com.

2. Use the subject line: “Refund Application”.

3. Clearly mention the reason for your refund request in the email body.

4. Attach relevant documents or screenshots supporting your request.

5. Use polite, respectful language and provide complete and accurate information.

What Happens After You Apply:

1. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and may contact you if further clarification is needed.

2. If we are unable to reach you, your refund request will remain on hold.

3. In such cases, you must send a follow-up email titled: “Applying for Release of Holded Refund”.

4. During refund processing, Imaiditor reserves the right to suspend or remove your access to course content temporarily.

5. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, and in rare cases, longer depending on the situation.

6. If your refund is approved, the full amount will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Policy Update Notice:

Imaiditor reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time, with or without prior notice to users. We encourage all users to read and understand the current refund policy before submitting a refund request.

Any changes to this policy will become effective on the date of publication, and all previous refund applications will follow the version that was in effect at the time of request.
